Standard Design & Plans - 1 Room Only

Services Included:

1. B+K to visit job site to obtain field measurements and analyze the job site. 
2. Client to complete design survey and share inspiration photos with B+K.
3. B+K to prepare and gather samples as necessary for Client meeting. 
4. One in-person meetings (showroom or job site) to complete selections and review plans.
   
5. B+K to prepare and present to Client a floor plan, elevations, and color renderings.  See examples on this page. Includes up to to 3 revisions to initial plan set.
6. B+K to prepare firm quote for project.* 
   
7. Scheduling: as client completes cabinet selections and plans B+K to review material lead times and reserve crew for project. 

Terms & Conditions:

• *Firm quote does not include unforeseen conditions, which may be discovered after demolition is complete.  
• Structural engineer plans are not included.
• If B+K is authorized by Client to complete all or at least 90% (by dollar volume) of the work proposed, the fee for preparing the plan and specifications WILL BE credited in full against the cost of the construction.
• If B+K is not authorized by Client to complete all or at least 90% (by dollar volume) of the work proposed, the fee for preparing the plan and specifications WILL NOT BE refundable.
