Selections Only - 1 Room Only

Includes:

1. B+K will visit the job site to obtain field measurements and analyze the job site. 
2. Client to complete design survey and share inspiration photos with B+K.
3. B+K to prepare and gather samples as necessary for Client meeting. 
4. One in-person meeting (showroom or job site) to complete selections and review plans.
5. Prepare firm quote for project.* 
   
6. Scheduling: as client completes selections B+K to review material lead times and reserve crew for project. 
   
7. Design fee is credited towards project.
